PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device allowing working without letting sea water come inside a ship and resolving a problem in mounting a waterwall in a work by using an inspection hole penetrating a ship bottom or mounting/dismounting a sensor penetrating the ship bottom. SOLUTION: A sleeve in which an arm can be inserted for sticking on is mounted on a device body having a watertight cylinder or a bag type inside space. A sealing hole to which the inspection port can be mounted sealably is formed on a lower par of the device body.
