PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminating apparatus for simplifying mounting of a film and suppressing the generation of wrinkles. SOLUTION: In such a state that a lid member 21 is opened when a film set is to be mounted, the locking of a brake with a core shaft is cut by a dock 821 being a meshing clutch to make it possible to easily supply the film into the apparatus main body to simplify the mounting of the film. The locking of the brake and the core shaft is performed by the dock 821 being the meshing clutch to allow braking farce to act on the film in the apparatus main body to impart a predetermined tension to the film. By this constitution, the wseb-like film can be supplied to the apparatus main body in a state free from wrinkles.
