PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor wiper type cleaning utensil which can catch and remove a large size dust. SOLUTION: This cleaning utensil has a cleaning portion having a cleaning face, a supporting arm with a grip portion, and a pivot means for pivoting the supporting arm on the opposite face to the cleaning face of the cleaning portion. The cleaning face of the cleaning portion is composed of an adhesive face and a cloth face so as to individually abut on the surface to be cleaned, and a stopper for limiting the movement of the grip portion is disposed at the pivot means so that the cloth face can abut on the surface to be cleaned up when inclining the supporting arm within a predetermined range of angle to the face with the pivot means and the adhesive face when inclining the supporting arm over a predetermined range of angle.
