PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove the clouding of a mirror, which is certainly clouded in a bathroom and immediately clouded again even if removed by pouring hot water over it, with an inexpensive easy device without introducing a heater or the like into a mirror body. SOLUTION: In this device, when hot water and cold water are poured into a plastic water receiver 1 having a small hole in the bottom, the hot water and cold water were dripped into a water receiving tray 2 through the hole. When the tray 2 is full of the hot water and cold water, the tray 2 is inclined to run the hot water and cold water to the mirror through an opening provided in the lower part thereof. The tray 2 is returned back, when emptied, to collect the hot water and cold water of the water receiver 1. This is repeated, whereby the hot water and cold water can be intermittently carried to remove the clouding of the mirror.
