PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag with a band for keeping shape or carrying to attribute to the traffic safety and to be easily manufactured by molding the band of synthetic resin with a light reflection tape mounted inside. SOLUTION: This bag has the band 18 (18a, 18b) for keeping shape or carrying. The band 18 (18a and 18b) is integrally formed of two layers: colored resin layer 19a and a transparent resin layer 19b. A hollow line part 20 is formed between the colored resin layer 19a and the transparent rein layer 19b in the longitudinal direction, and the band-shaped light reflection tape 21 whose reflection surface 21a is formed on the transparent resin layer 19b side is inserted into the hollow line part 20.
