PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin sheet material which has high fatigue resisting characteristics more excellent than those of the conventional thin sheet material of Ti-containing maraging steel. SOLUTION: The thin sheet material excellent in high strength-high fatigue resisting characteristics has a composition containing, by weight, <=0.3% C, 10.0 to 18.0% Ni, 8.0 to 16.0% Co, 1.0 to 5.0% Mo, 0.5 to 1.3% Al, 1.0 to 3.0% Cr, <=0.10% Ti, <=0.0030% S, <=0.030% P, <=0.03% N and <=0.03% O, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities.
