PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a post-processing device capable of using a retaining member unit in a centimeter system and an inch system in common. SOLUTION: A retaining member 43 for retaining a both ends-support member, a center binding stapler and an oblique binding stapler is provided on a lower unit 15. A plurality of screw holes 54 are provided on a mounting piece 46 of the retaining member 43. Oblong holes 51 are provided on a body of the lower unit 15 in opposed to the respective screw holes 54. By deviating a position when screws are passed through the oblong holes 51 and are threaded, the retaining member 43 can be fixed to a centimeter system mounting position in the case where a paper sheet of centimeter system size is used and an inch system mounting position in the case where a paper sheet of inch system size is used.
