PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow capable of matching to a posture of lying on one's side or turning-over while reducing and uniformly dispersing the body pressure in lying on one's back to provide a comfortable sleep regardless of the lying direction. SOLUTION: This pillow comprises a protruding part 2 extending from a reference end parts 1A of a pillow body 1, which correspond to the positions of the shoulders of a user in the face-up state where the rear head part of the user is put on the pillow body 1, to the lower body side in the center of the pillow body 1. The upper surface of the protruding part 2 is formed in a downward inclined surface 2A.
