<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To intensively minimize the number of required gas compressors in consideration of a cascade combination in employing a multistage cascade concentration method using a gas separation membrane. SOLUTION: In a method for concentrating a useful gas component in raw material gas being mixed gas containing the useful gas components by the multistage cascade concentration method using a plurality of membrane modules, the gases introduced into the membrane modules are compressed by combine type multi-fluid simultaneous compression having a plurality of compression chambers.</p> |
