PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject particles suitable for producing a foam excellent in heat resistance, lightweight and molding workability. SOLUTION: The objective particle is characterized by a bilayer spherical particle composed of a polyester resin whose glass transition temperature is below 90 deg.C and a polyester resin whose glass transition temperature which is coated on the above polyester is above 90 deg.C.
