PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for a building, which can enhance constructibility in a construction field and workability in a factory by being structurally simplified, facilitate the execution of work by having the capability to be also used partially for a roof part, a ceiling part or a vent duct, shut out rain, and bring about an adiabatic effect, a sound insulating effect and a sound deadening effect. SOLUTION: The building structure W is provided with a roof structure 1 and a support leg structure 2, which are made of wood. The roof structure 1 is provided with many plate structures 10, which are juxtaposed in a zigzag pattern so as to be inclined alternately in a width direction. An upper coupling member 11 is installed horizontally across upper horizontal reinforcing members 102, and a lower coupling member 12 is installed horizontally across lower horizontal reinforcing members 103. The structure 2, installed in the lower of the roof structure 1, has a support leg part 20 and a support 21.
