PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically and chemically stable charge-transfer material to be used for an organic electroluminescence element and the like, which can be deposited at a high temperature because of its high thermal resistance to decomposition and has a high glass transition point. SOLUTION: A bisphenylcyclohexane derivative shown by general formula 1 (wherein, A is aromatic cyclic group, aromatic polycarbocyclic group, aromatic heterocyclic group or aliphatic carbocyclic group; R1-R3 are hydrogen, halogen, alkyl group and alkoxy group; R4 is hydrogen, halogen, alkyl group, alkoxy group, amino group, primary amino group or secondary amino group; R5 is hydrogen, halogen, alkyl group, alkoxy group and aromatic carbocyclic group; R1 and R5 may form a condensed ring) is used for the charge-transfer material and the obtained charge-transfer material is used for the organic electroluminescence element.
