PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery protection structure capable of omitting labor in charging a battery without any deterioration in increased safety performance of the battery and its periphery and improving workability. SOLUTION: This battery protection structure is provided with a battery cover 12 opening/closing an outlet for the battery housed in a vehicle body by means of a locking structure and a cover opening/closing a battery charging port 14 protruded from a vehicle body frame 11. The battery cover 12 opening/ closing the battery outlet and the cover opening/closing the charging port 14 are molded integrally with each other.
