PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior trim material mounting structure for enhancing mounting positional accuracy between a molded ceiling and an interior trim material by improving the structure of mounting an interior trim material on a body panel. SOLUTION: In the mounting structure of the interior trim material 30 for a vehicle in which an air-conditioner duct 20 is arranged between the molded ceiling 10 and a roof panel 50 in the cross direction, the air-conditioner duct 20 and the end of the interior trim material 30 are mounted on a roof panel 50 near a borderline between the roof panel 50 and a side panel with the same bracket 40. A clip 90 is mounted on a rib provided at the upper part of the interior trim material 30 and the clip is inserted and mounted in a hole 44 provided in the bracket 40. The air-conditioner duct 20 has a portion shaped for escaping from the clip 90. The bracket 40 is in a symmetrical form. In this construction, the positional precision at a junction between the molded ceiling 10 and the interior trim material 30 is easily enhanced.
