PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caster with a rotational angle changeover device capable of changing over the rotational angle in plural stages by a simple device. SOLUTION: A caster stopper member is fixed to a front leg pipe or a rear leg pipe of a cart. The main body of the caster with wheels is supported rotatably by the caster stopper member. A rotational angle restricting member is inserted between the caster stopper member and the main body of the caster in such a way that it can be rotated in a prescribed angle range.
