PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a clean and correct recording can not be ensured due to lowering of ejection quantity or ejection rate of an ink drop. SOLUTION: The ink jet recording head comprises a lower plate 2, at leas two barrier walls 3 disposed on the upper surface of the lower plate 2 while spaced apart from each other, a diaphragm 4 disposed on the upper surface of the barrier wall 3, a side plate 5 closing an internal space defined by the lower plate 2, the pair of barrier walls 3 and the diaphragm 4, and a pressing means provided for the diaphragm 4. The lower plate 2 and/or the side plate 5 is provided with an ink ejection hole 7 and an ink supply hole 8, and ink in the internal space is ejected from the ink ejection hole 7 by deforming the diaphragm 4 through the pressing means 6. At least one of the lower plate 2, the barrier wall 3, the diaphragm 4, and the side plate 5 is bonded through adhesive produced by adding an inorganic filler to thermosetting resin wherein a metallic element and/or alkaline metal element contained in the inorganic filler of the adhesive is 0.5 wt.% of the entire inorganic filler expressed in terms of an oxide.
