PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem on a conventional on-vehicle electronic equipment that a panel, when in a rising position, provided with a display member projects obliquely to the upper side of a panel on the front face of a easing provided with an operating member, etc., to interrupt a line of sight of a driver or passengers, and so the positions of operating switches are hardly visibly identified and groping for desired operating switches are required, possibly causing malfunction. SOLUTION: When an opening/closing panel 12 provided with a display member 15 is reversed upward, the front face of a second easing 16 is moved forward from the front face opening/closing panel 12. The second easing 16 with the operating member 17 on the front face can be exposed to a position that a driver or passengers easily view.
