PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible plastic-made holder for fixing a table skirt to the edge of a table top. SOLUTION: This holder 10, 10' comprises a main member 20, 20', an upper member 40, 40', and a lower member 60, 60'. The front surface part 26, 34' of the main member 20, 20' is opposed to a table when the holder 10, 10' is fixed to the table, and the rear part 28, 34' thereof comprises the hook part 80, 80' of a hook-and-loop type faster. The upper member 40, 40' is orthogonally extended from the front surface part 26, 34' at the upper end of the main member 20, 20'. The lower member 60, 60' has a substantially U-shape extended from the lower end of the main member 20, 20' and having first and second leg parts 62 and 64; 62' and 64'. The first leg part 62, 62' is extended downward from the main member with an inclination in the same direction as the extension of the upper member 40, 40' from the main member 20, 20', and has a length sufficient to easily and flexibly perform the fixation and removal of the holder to and from the table top. A plurality of slots for making the holder sufficiently flexible is formed on the main member 20, 20'.
