<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To judge whether a vehicle is in an operable healthy state or not by detecting the physical state of a driver to assure the safety operation of the vehicle in a vehicle safe operation controller for controlling the operation of the vehicle to assure the safe operation of the vehicle such as passenger cars, trucks, and buses. SOLUTION: This vehicle safe operation controller comprises a physical sensor 1 installed near a driver's seat in a cabin and inspecting the physical state of a driver, a health data base part 2 having the state of health of the driver in the past stored therein, and a warning device 3 for comparing physical state data from a physical sensor 1 with the health state data from the health data base part 2 to judge the health state of the driver and, when the driver is not healthy, giving a warning to the driver. The operation of the vehicle can be stopped or allowed by the operation of the warning device 3. Thus, whether the driver is in the operable healthy state or not can be judged by detecting the physical state of the driver to stop or allow the operation of the vehicle so as to assure the safety operation of the vehicle.</p> |
