PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete rupture preventive structure for preventing a rupture of a concrete structure or particularly a high strength concrete structure having a small water content by a high temperature at a fire time, and a method for constructing the same. SOLUTION: The concrete rupture preventive structure comprises a thermally expansible material covering the structure to form a fire resistant heat insulation layer by expanding the surface of the structure by heating.
