PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recovering method of salinity by which a white and purified common salt of high quality, which is industrially reusable, can be obtained, and a device for the recovery. SOLUTION: This device is a salinity-recovering device which is provided with a drying means 11 for drying treated water containing the salt and recovers the salt from the treated water. In addition, characteristically, an oxidizing agent-pouring means 10, which pours an oxidizing agent into the treated water to remove reducing substances contained in the water, is provided before the drying means 11.
