PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce deformation of a film due to liquid coating and maintain its performance. SOLUTION: This liquid coating device is composed of a suck and heat roller 30 sucking and heating a damped film 22 and revolving, and a spray coating machine 28 coating an ink 29 on the film 22. The film 22 is preheated by a preheating blower 24 before it is sucked by the suck and heat roller 30. Because the film 22 is sucked by the suck and heat roller 30 after it is totally elongated by the preheating, uneven elongation of the film 22 due to a reason that it is coated and heated as being sucked by the suck and heat roller 30 is avoided. By the above, deformation of the film 22 is avoided.
