PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyolefin thermoplastic resin foam excellent in appearance, heat resistance and secondary workability. SOLUTION: This foam is composed of at least a polyolefin resin (A) and a non-polyolefin resin (B), where the melting point of the resin (B) is higher than that of the resin (A), the resin (A) forms foam and the resin (B) is dispersed in layers in a thickness below bubble film thickness and a thickness of below 5μm. The foam is characterized by a structure whose layer dispersion structure has an aspect ratio of 3 or more.
