PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide glass powder and a glass powder composition enabling to produce a very thin and flat green sheet for electronic parts generating no crack nor streak, and having no defects such as unevenness on the surface. SOLUTION: This glass powder comprises borosilicate glass and has maximum particle size of 15μm or below, D50/D10-a ratio of 50% particle size D50 to 10% particle size D10 of 2.8 or below. The glass powder composition comprises the glass powder and a ceramic filler blended into the glass powder.
