PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a backup/clearing method of game machines and its system which make it possible to perform initialization of RAM of game machines in optional game tables. SOLUTION: In the backup/clearing method, each game machine applied measures against power failure in a game parlor is backed up/cleared. The method has a mode for collectively clearing target game machines, a mode for collectively clearing game machines in the target game machines excluding specified game machines, and a mode for collectively clearing only specified game machines in the target game machines. Backup/clearing of the game machines is collectively performed in a selected mode from a plurality of modes.
