PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a creeping discharge ozone generating apparatus with high quality and high performance, which is easily assembled and operated and is intended to improve in an ozone generating property. SOLUTION: On a side composed of a creeping electrode 1 in an electrode substrate 3, a gas guide 5 is laid down through a spacer 4 to form a discharge space 6. The gas guide 5 is fixed to a cooler 7 through a supporter 19 and a bolt 20. With manufacturing precision in thickness of the supporter 19, a discharge gap G in the discharge space 6 is set to be a pre-determined value. The spacer 4 is equipped with a coil type spring 21, as a flexible component, and a dent shaped protection frame 22 surrounding the spring 21.
