PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decide a radiation irradiation range when irradiating a specified part such as tumor inside a subject's body with radiation and to control actual radiation irradiation on the basis of a treatment plan in which the body movement of a patient during a radiation irradiation period is taken into consideration. SOLUTION: A distance between the first image of the inside of the subject's body acquired at the time of executing the irradiation and the second image of the inside of the subject's body acquired at the time of planning the irradiation is obtained by a pattern recognition processing and beam irradiation to the subject's body is stopped when the distance between the first image and the second image exceeds a prescribed threshold. |
