PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an image processor comprising an imaging section or an image reading section employing a structural member molded of a resin material in which imaging performance and image reading performance are sustained constantly by preventing distortion of the body effectively. SOLUTION: On the bottom face of a lower main structural member supporting the entirety of the image processor, a part grounding when the image processor is installed on a horizontal plane is provided. Flexure is suppressed below a predetermine level by providing protrusions slightly lower than a resilient member at appropriate positions on the bottom face remote from the grounding part and susceptible to flexure.
