PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire flange for run-flat travelling capable of, what is called, the run-flat travelling without extensively lowering travelling performance in comparison with the time of normal travelling at the time when pneumatic pressure of a tire is lowered due to puncture, etc., possible for a driver to certainly find that it is transferred to the run-flat travelling from the normal travelling without additionally requiring any special instruments and capable of stably travelling to a site to change the tire. SOLUTION: This tire flange for the run-flat travelling constituting its characteristic feature of having a plural number of recessed parts 4 on a tread 5 of an oleo-polymer made tread member 3 fixed on an outer periphery of the tire flange 1 is devised so that the tread 5 of the tire flange and a tire crown inner surface make contact with each other in the case when the pneumatic pressure of the tire is lowered, fine vibration is generated in accordance with rotation of the tire flange 1, travelling sound is clearly changed and the driver can certainly find that it is changed to the run-flat travelling.
