PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a fall preventive member provided on the rear end side of a shelf board by use of mounting holes for supporting a shelf member. SOLUTION: A display shelf 10 comprises longitudinal and lateral pairs of struts 11, shelf boards 15 supported by the struts 11, and fall preventing back plates 16 arranged on the rear end side of the shelf boards 15. The back plate 16 is mountable by a fitting 24. The fitting 24 comprises a first member 25 having downward tongue pieces 28 hookable on mounting holes 20 formed in the rear side surface part 11C of the strut 11 and a second member continued thereto substantially orthogonally to the surface of the first member 25. The second member 25 comprises upward tongue pieces 29, and the upward tongue piece 29 is inserted into support holes 30 of the back plate 16.
