Method for ultra-rapid and ultra-sensitive measurement

An improved (ultra-rapid, ultra sensitive and low cost) non-competitive complex-transfer assay method for analytes (substances to be assayed) which comprises the following three steps. Step A: a step in which the complex(es) of an analyte with its specifically binding substance(s) (including modified or labeled ones) is formed on a solid phase (a first solid phase); Step B: a step in which the complex(es) formed on the first solid phase in the step A is eluted and transferred to another solid phase (a second solid phase); and Step C: a step in which the complex(es) transferred to the second solid phase in the step B is measured.
