POLYSTYRENIC RESIN FOAMED SHEET AND CONTAINER COMPRISING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polystyrenic resin foamed sheet made uniform in compression hardness or thermoforming properties in its lateral direction by improving thickness non-uniformity of the respective layers in the lateral direction of a conventional foamed sheet manufactured by coextrusion, and a container comprising the same. SOLUTION: The resin foamed sheet consists of a first polystyrenic foamed layer with an average cell size of 155-450μm and a second polystyrenic foamed layer with an average cell size of 35-180μm (the average cell size of the first foamed layer > the average cell size of the second foamed layer). The standard deviationδ(T1)n-1 of the thickness (T1: mm) in the lateral direction of the first foamed layer is 0 mm<=δ(T1)n-1<=0.140 mm, and the standard deviationδ(T2)n-1 of the thickness in the lateral direction of the second foamed layer is 0 mm<=δ(T2)n-1<=0.160 mm.
