PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold for molding a foamed resin, in which deterioration of the working environment is prevented and also enhancement of productivity and cost efficiency is contrived and an after-treatment process following molding is easily performed, a method for manufacturing the mold for molding the foamed resin, and a method for molding the foamed resin using the same. SOLUTION: A flame spray film for repair, in which porosity is 5-30%, film thickness is 500μm and average roughness Ra of a surface is 10-60μm, is used as an anchor. A resin is expanded and molded in such a cavity for molding the mold that the same is formed of a fluororesin layer which is comprised of a 4-fluoroethylene-6-fluoropropylene copolymerized resin or a 4-fluoroethylene perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether resin and is free from a pinhole and has film thickness of 50-500μm. |
