PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop an optical resolution membrane cell capable of carrying out optical resolution within a short time with a small amount of the solvent and provide an optical resolution method using the cell. SOLUTION: The optical resolution cell is provided with mutually chiral optical resolution membrane and capable of optically resolving an object substance to be resolved simultaneously into the (+) isomer and (-) isomer. The optical resolution cell is used for the optical resolution method.
