PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a tilting preventing function of a gutter cover made of metal and facilitate the manufacture of a leg part of the gutter cover by exercising ingenuity in the cross-sectional shape of the leg part. SOLUTION: Respective cover supporting surfaces 6 of a gutter block 1 are installed in such a manner as to be extended slantingly while descending inward from the lower ends of inner side surfaces 5, so as to exhibit an upward widened state. Tapered surface walls 21a abutting on the surfaces 6 are formed in outer surface walls 21 of both the leg parts 10 of the gutter cover 2, and a section between the walls 21a of both the leg parts 10 exhibits a downward narrowed state. Accordingly, the gutter cover 2 can be supported within the gutter block 1 without play even if a slight dimension error occurs between the inner dimensions of a gutter opening 3 of the gutter block 1 and the distance between both the leg parts 10. The walls 21 are provided with protrusive under surface walls 21b and protrusive side surface walls 21c. When an unbalanced load is imposed on the gutter cover 2 due to the passage of an automobile and the like, the walls 21b are made to abut on and engaged with step parts 7 of the gutter block 1, and the ends of the gutter cover 2 are prevented from coming into collision with the surfaces 5 of the gutter block 1 without the tilted turning of the gutter cover 2.
