PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite molded item showing excellent recylability and light weight which comprises a powder molded item composed of a thermoplastic elastomer composition containing a polyolefin-based resin and a specific hydrogenated diene-based copolymer as essential components, showing excellent flexibility, causing no whitening at a bended portion when bended and showing no glossiness when heated at a temperature from around 80 deg.C to a temperature lower than a melting point of the polyolefin-based resin and a resin bead foamed item. SOLUTION: A composite molded item is obtained by laminating a powder molded item (a) composed of a thermoplastic elastomer composition containing 100 pts.wt. of a polyolefin-based resin (I) and 10 to 1,000 pts.wt. of a hydrogenated diene-based copolymer (II) satisfying a specific condition on a resin bead foamed item (b).
