PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating device for coating a chemical such as an antistatic agent to surface of a cylindrical film, a cylindrical film coated inside with the chemical by using the coating device, and bag-like goods suitable for resin bags, or the like, obtained by converting the inside coated cylindrical film into bags. SOLUTION: A coating device is located inside of a cylindrical film and coats an inner surface of the film. The coating device is supported by a combination of supporting rollers 4, 5 and A located inside and outside of the cylindrical film 1. A chemical solution is supplied by capillary action from a chemical solution tank to a coating apparatus placed as being brought into contact with an inner surface of the cylindrical film.
