The method includes purchasing an interest in a loan from a loan originator, creating specialize d loan information, providing the specialized information to a predetermined buyer, and selling the interest to the predetermined buyer. The method also discloses a risk allocation scheme whereby loan risk is allocated among the loan originator and the predetermined buyer. |
