A plastic bag (10) has a reversible plastic zipper (16) disposed in the upper portion of the bag and a one-time plastic zipper mechanism (18) disposed between the top of the bag (20) and the reopenable zipper to provide a one-time, permanent seal to the upper edges of the bag. The seal is such that it cannot be unsealed without discernable damage to the bag. |
