The invention concerns a secondary piston of a master cylinder of a motor vehicle braking circuit, said piston (34) being produced in plastic material by injection moulding and comprising end cylindrical parts (35, 38) free of flash fins and land traces and whereon seal joints and spring followers can be mounted by axial translation.
