PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent unauthorized operation of game machines beforehand by disabling controlling by an application program in case that application data of the program is illegally changed. SOLUTION: The application data DAP and appended data Da are written to OTPROM 14A for user, and a discriminating program and judging data Dd are written to OTPROM 14B for system. When the discriminating program is executed, data Dc to be judged is generated based on the application data DAP and the appended data Da. If the data Dc to be judged does not match the judging data Dd written to the OTPROM 14B for system, it is determined that the application data DAP is illegally changed.
