PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyphenylene sulfide resin composition which has excellent tracking-resistance, good adhesiveness, mechanical strength and moldability in fabrication. SOLUTION: This polyphenylene sulfide resin composition comprises (a) 100 pts.wt. of a polyphenylene sulfide resin, (b) 50-250 pts.wt. of magnesium hyeroxide undergoing no surface-treatment, and (C) 0-300 pts.wt. of a fibrous and/or non-fibrous filler excluding magnesium hydroxide.
