PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of finishing a wooden conventional housing in air-tight and heat insulating property only wooden materials using so that the housing has structural stiffness and retains high air-tight and heat insulating property. SOLUTION: The finishing method of the wooden conventional housing to give high air-tight and high heat-insulating properties comprises the following steps: To lay a roof panel material A is laid between a girder 1 and a ridge beam 2, the roof panel material A is formed into a prescribed shape by joining wooden strips. A floor panel material is laid in a space section of the floor, except for openings including a floor storage door, the floor panel material B is formed into a prescribed shape by joining wooden strips. Side wall panel material C is laid in a space section of the side wall, except for openings including a window and a door, the side wall panel material is formed into a prescribed shape by joining wooden strips. Thus, each space section is closed without any gaps, so that the housing is finished as the one retaining the high-tight and heat insulting properties.
