PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the material loss of a relatively expensive urethane resin filler compared with other elastic fillers and to enable the easy and inexpensive disposal of a packing material used therefor. SOLUTION: This method for preparing a urethane resin filler for a slab track is the method for preparing the elastic filler for the track used for the repair and construction of elastic filler layers 3 and 8 in the bottom surface of slab 3 and the peripheral projection 8 in the track. It is characterized in that a material A, having polyol as a main agent, a material B, as a curing agent by isocyanate and an extender pigment for bulking and spring constant regulation are separately placed and stored in the bag-like packing material having the combustibility and flexibility, and they are send to a construction site and stirred and mixed in a mixing chamber to prepare the urethane resin filler.
