PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine which is effective to diseases caused by neonantal of vascular, especially to tumor. SOLUTION: This indole derivative is represented by the general formula (I), (wherein, R1 and R2 are each independently a hydrogen atom, a straight chain or branched chain alkyl group having 1-6 carbon atoms, which may be substituted by halogen atoms; R3 is a straight chain or branched chain alkyl group having 1-16 carbon atoms, which may be substituted by halogen atoms, or an alkenyl group having 1-4 carbon atoms), and involving a salt thereof, further containing a compound represented by the general formula (II).
