PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a side wall in a fitted condition from being easily released and from falling in the inner direction of a container by structuring a lock member provided on a side wall to be erected later to fit in a recess formed on a side wall erected first, and to speedily and surely knock down the side wall in a direction opposite to the bottom by pulling upward the lock member and by pulling up one side wall after the fitting condition by the member is released and just in the state as it is. SOLUTION: The predetermined side wall 3 of this container can be knocked down in a direction opposite to the bottom by pulling up the side wall when the container is assembled in a box shape. The lock member 9 provided on a side wall to be erected later fits a recess 2p formed on a side wall to be erected first.
