PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll paper device in which a roll paper can be installed easily; which doesn't need to be touched while being used; which is hygienic; and on which paper can be easily cut so that the cut end of the toilet paper becomes even. SOLUTION: A case body is hung at an axis and a roll paper is installed into it by inserting from one side. A pulling-out opening for the roll paper is formed at the upper side of the case body, and a pressing support part is disposed at the pulling-out opening along the pulling-out direction for the roll paper to form the pressing support surface colored black or the like in order to see through the perforation of the paper. The pressing support surface colored black or the like to see through this perforation of the paper easily consists of an arched plate spring at its upper side, and this plate spring has saw shaped cutting teeth at the end rim which protrudes forward from the pressing support part at its upper side when pressed from the upper side.
