SOLUTION: When a pneumatic tire 3 equipped with a tread part, a side wall part and a bead part is to be manufactured, the tire 3 is degased on its entire periphery, from at least one spot in the radial direction of the tire 3 before vulcanization and curing, at a part corresponding to the side wall part of the tire 3 loaded into a mold 1.
