PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary lining method for a steel segment which can be used for repairing a tunnel walls such as a deteriorated wall surface, specially a railway tunnel, a road tunnel, a water conveyance tunnel or the like. SOLUTION: A standard thin thickness, high strength concrete plate 2 is arranged on a working surface where steel ribs 1 are projected out, a fixed hardware 3 having a non-linear rod portion 32 attached to a high strength concrete plate 2 of that standard in advance is brought into contact with a steel rib 1 and welded, a second thin-walled high-strength concrete plate 2' is arranged along the inner side of a holding plate 5 fixed to and extending from the end edge to the outward, sequentially the same operation is repeated and the thin-walled high strength concrete plate is fixed, thereafter, concrete 9 is filled between the thin walled high-strength concrete plate 2, 2' and the steel segment.
