PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the auto stop mechanism of an oil filling gun from being erroneously operated by suppressing the acting of a large negative pressure on a sensing port by fuel vapor sucked into a fuel vapor suction port. SOLUTION: A fuel vapor suction passage 61 passing a fuel vapor guide groove 47b in a sliding member 47, a fuel vapor through hole 53h in an outer peripheral flange 53e, and a fuel vapor through hole 55a in a diaphragm 55 is formed on the outside of a tubular nozzle insert member 53 for inserting therein the nozzle 14 of the oil filling gun having the fuel vapor suction port 36 and the sensing port 33. By sucking fuel vapor into the fuel vapor suction port 36 through the fuel vapor suction passage 61, the fuel vapor is prevented from flowing near the sensing port 33 to prevent the negative pressure from acting on the sensing port 33. As a result, the auto stop mechanism of the oil filling gun can be surely prevented from being erroneously operated before the sensing port 33 is dipped under a fuel level by filling-up of the fuel tank.
